Studio 6 Class Overview

At Studio 6, our classes are designed with purpose — to drive consistent progress and help you unlock your full potential. Each 50-minute session is part of a structured 6-week block, where progressive overload is applied to ensure measurable improvements in strength, endurance, and performance.

The Hybrid Strength & Hyrox Method

At the core of our approach is the hybrid athlete mindset—built for real-world performance, resilience, and longevity.

We train for a strong VO2 base—the ability to run 5–10km with confidence, not just survive it. But that’s just the start.

We also condition our athletes to tolerate lactic build-up—that uncomfortable zone where most people quit. We train you to thrive there.

You’ll develop the ability to apply force explosively—whether it's jumping, sprinting, accelerating or decelerating under control.

And we don’t just move in one direction—we build strength in all planes of movement to make you bulletproof, agile, and adaptable.

As we age, coordination and balance decline—especially if we stop challenging it. Our classes and 1:1 personal training are designed to detect and improve these areas, so you keep moving better, longer.

This is training that translates. For athletes. For parents. For anyone who refuses to slow down.

STRENGTH CLASSES

Our Strength classes are built around the big compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, presses—because they give us the clearest picture of your raw strength and progress.

But we don’t stop there.

We train strength in all planes of movement, helping you move better, lift safer, and perform stronger in real life—not just under the bar.

We also integrate isometric holds to expose weak links, improve joint stability, and boost proprioception (your body’s awareness in space). It's the hidden gem that keeps your body strong, balanced, and injury-resistant.

Every class follows the principle of progressive overload—you’ll gradually level up in skill, intensity, and load. This isn't random training—it’s structured to deliver visible results in your body composition, posture, and total strength.

And yeah… they’re seriously fun, too.

You can attend these classes on these days (we suggest attending 2-3 strength classes a week for TERRIFIC RESULTS).:

Monday: 6.00am, 7.30am, 8.15am, 9.30am and 5.10pm.

Wednesday: 6.00am, 7.30am, 8.15am, 9.30am and 5.10pm.

Saturday: 7.00am, 8.00am and 8.45am.
