Studio 6 Class Overview

At Studio 6, our classes are designed with purpose — to drive consistent progress and help you unlock your full potential. Each 50-minute session is part of a structured 6-week block, where progressive overload is applied to ensure measurable improvements in strength, endurance, and performance.

The Hybrid Strength & Engine Room Method

At the core of our approach is the hybrid athlete mindset—built for real-world performance, resilience, and longevity. We train for a strong VO2 base—the ability to run 5–10km with confidence, not just survive it. But that’s just the start.

We also condition our athletes to tolerate lactic build-up—that uncomfortable zone where most people quit. We train you to thrive there.

You’ll develop the ability to apply force explosively—whether it's jumping, sprinting, accelerating or decelerating under control.

And we don’t just move in one direction—we build strength in all planes of movement to make you bulletproof, agile, and adaptable.

As we age, coordination and balance decline—especially if we stop challenging it. Our classes and 1:1 personal training are designed to detect and improve these areas, so you keep moving better, longer.

This is training that translates. For athletes. For parents. For anyone who refuses to slow down.

Hybrid Strength

Our Strength classes are built around the big compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, presses—because they give us the clearest picture of your raw strength and progress.

But we don’t stop there.

We train strength in all planes of movement, helping you move better, lift safer, and perform stronger in real life—not just under the bar.

We also integrate isometric holds to expose weak links, improve joint stability, and boost proprioception (your body’s awareness in space). It's the hidden gem that keeps your body strong, balanced, and injury-resistant.

Every class follows the principle of progressive overload—you’ll gradually level up in skill, intensity, and load. This isn't random training—it’s structured to deliver visible results in your body composition, posture, and total strength.

And yeah… they’re seriously fun, too.

You can attend these classes on these days (we suggest attending 2-3 strength classes a week for TERRIFIC RESULTS).:

Monday: 6.00am, 7.30am, 8.15am and 5.10pm.

Wednesday: 6.00am, 7.30am, 8.15am, 9.15am and 5.10pm.

Thursday: 5.40pm: Stretch Class.

Saturday: 7.00am, 8.00am and 8.45am.

Engine Room

Engine Room is where conditioning meets grit. Think high-intensity intervals, functional movements, and non-stop energy that leaves you drenched in sweat and buzzing with endorphins. It builds your cardiovascular engine, sharpens mental toughness, and pushes your limits every session.

How it complements Hybrid Strength:
Where Hybrid Strength focuses on lifting heavy, building muscle, and developing a robust body, Engine Room balances it by driving endurance, stamina, and speed. Together, they create the ultimate combination: strong, powerful muscles backed by a resilient cardiovascular system — so you’re not just strong in the gym, but fit for whatever life throws at you.

Engine Room V2 – Fridays at 7:30 AM
Our hardest session of the week. A weaponised version of Engine Room that demands maximum effort and leaves nothing in the tank. If you’re looking for the ultimate challenge, this is it.

Engine room Class Schedule:

Tuesday: 6.00am, 5.45pm.

Friday: 6.00am, 7.30am (V2), 8.15am, 9.30am.

Stretch Class

Stretch is where recovery and mobility meet calm. Each session blends long-held traditional stretches, PNF (contract–relax) techniques, and partner-assisted movements to release tension and open up the body. The result is improved flexibility, better posture, and a nervous system reset that leaves you lighter and more relaxed.

How it complements Hybrid Strength + Engine Room + Stretch:


Heavy lifting and high-intensity training demand balance. Stretch keeps your body supple, reduces injury risk, and speeds up recovery so you can train harder, more often. It’s the perfect counterpart — strength builds the muscle, conditioning fuels the engine, and stretch keeps everything moving freely.
