Hybrid Strength blends all the fundamentals: squats, deadlifts, presses, and bodyweight movements — designed to develop real-world strength and a stronger core.
This isn’t about getting “bulky.” It’s about becoming a more powerful version of yourself — physically and mentally. Expect to gain confidence, resilience, and a body that’s ready for everyday life.

Engine Room
Push Hard. Feel Alive.
Engine Room is our signature conditioning workout — think HYROX, but upgraded with extra moves to keep your body guessing. You’ll sweat, you’ll burn, and the endorphin hit will have you buzzing all day.
For those who like to go all in:
Engine Room V2 – Fridays at 7:30 AM
This is our “weaponised” version. Expect intensity, power, and the ultimate test of grit.

Tuesday: 6:00 AM
Friday: 6:00 AM and 8.15am,
Friday: 7:30 AM (Engine Room V2)
Stretch
Unwind & Recover
Our Stretch class is the perfect way to reset. A blend of long traditional stretches, partner work, and guided relaxation — you’ll loosen tight muscles, calm your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter.
Be warned: it’s so relaxing, people often nod off mid-stretch.
